A female student observed a male suspect publicly fondling his genitals with his hands in his lap at approximately 4:45 p.m. on the 5th floor of the Albin O. Kuhn Library. The female student then observed the suspect publicly expose his penis while continuing to look at her.
At approximately 10:11 p.m., the UMBC Police Department sent out a campus-wide alert regarding the incident.
The alert stated that the suspect was a “frequent visitor to the library,” and was wearing a blue and white striped shirt and blue jeans. He is also believed to have “salt and pepper hair with a beard and goatee.”
